Billing and deposit policy
At the time of booking, a valid credit card number is required as a guarantee. No charges will be made at this stage.
Within 24 hours prior to your arrival, a pre-authorization of $100 will be placed on your credit card. This amount is not charged but serves as a security deposit in case of breakage, damage, or theft in the room or common areas.
The deposit will be automatically released after inspection of the room and confirmation that everything is in order, within 2 to 5 days following your departure, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
The balance of your stay, as well as any additional charges incurred during your stay, will be payable on-site at the time of departure.
If you leave the property without checking out at the front desk, the full amount of your stay, along with any applicable additional charges, will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
